Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared. If there is a delay in your payment clearing, the order will not be processed until the payment clears. We will email or phone you to advise you of any such delays.

Deliveries are made by a third party company and occasionally circumstances beyond our control result in deliveries not being made on the scheduled day. This is a very rare occurrence but we advise that Accessible Bathing Ltd cannot take responsibility for this but we work closely with our business partners to ensure that this rarely occurs.
Accessible Bathing Ltd cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. In light of this, Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.
Please check all goods carefully on receipt and report FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS as soon as possible.
