This feature not only makes stepping in, and/or transfers, safe and accessible, but it also promotes independence of more ambulant users where possible. It provides safe clearance for hoist transfers, with an under-cut space design enabling close positioning of carers for final reach when assisting the bather.

At the touch of a button, the bath tub moves up and down, ensuring that it is perfectly adjusted to the correct height to enable the user to step in, or be transferred in, via a ceiling track hoist. When the user is in position, the height can be adjusted to enable a carer to assist, helping promote safe manual handling practice.
